Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder combined with Wang's Baochi pill in the treatment of febrile convulsion in children.Methods A total of 160 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing principle,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs+Yinqiao powder and Wang's Baochi pill.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 88.75%of the control group that,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Yinqiao powder and Wang's Baochi pill to the clinical treatment of children with febrular convulsion is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy,and the improvement effect of various indexes is ideal,and the adverse reactions will not increase,and the safety is good.
