摘要
胃食管反流病是消化内科常见病、多发病.张照兰教授认为该病病位在食管与胃,与肝、胆、脾等脏腑密切相关,病机关键在于胃失和降,胃气上逆,常见证型为湿热内蕴证、脾虚失运证、肝胃郁热证、胆胃郁热证,临证应谨守病机,在辨证论治基础上,辨病、辨证相结合,随证加减,可取得较好的临床疗效.
Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gastroenterology.Professor Zhang Zhaolan believes that the disease is located in the esophagus and stomach,and is closely related to the liver,gallbladder,spleen and other viscera.The key pathogenesis lies in the disharmony of the stomach and ascending counterflow of stomach qi.The common syndrome types are dampness and heat accumulation syndrome,spleen deficiency and loss of circulation syndrome,liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome,gallbladder and stomach stagnation heat syndrome.Clinical diagnosis should be strictly adhered to the pathogenesis,on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation can achieve preferably clinical efficacy by adding or subtracting according to the syndrome.
