Nasobiliary drainage is a biliary drainage based on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)to achieve decompression,reduction of yellowing and elimination of inflammation.Proper of the nasal bile duct and innovative fixation methods are crucial to maintain effective drainage.Due to the long nasal bile duct and hard material,maintaining the nasal bile duct causes much discomfort to the patients,and unplanned extubation occurs occasionally in the clinic.In addition,the bile is sticky and easily be clogged and poorly drained,which affects the resolution of the condition after the endoscopic surgery.Based on this,the materials and fixation methods of nasal bile ducts are reviewed to provide clinical reference.
