Objective To understand the current situation of perioperative prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs for type Ⅰ incision surgery in Luoyang Third People's Hospital, and to provide reference for the rational use of such drugs. Methods A total of 206 patients who underwent Class Ⅰ incision surgery in Luoyang Third People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were included as the study objects to investigate and analyze the use of perioperative antibiotics for prophylaxis. Results Among 206 patients undergoing class Ⅰ incision surgery,120 patients were treated with antibiotics for perioperative prophylaxis, accounting for 58.25%.There were 9 types of antibiotics, among which cephalosporins had the highest utilization rate, followed by lincoamide antibiotics.33 cases were used before surgery+48h after surgery, and 28 cases were used before surgery+24~48 h after surgery. There were 40 cases of irrational use of antibiotics in 120 cases of perioperative prophylactic use, among which continued use 48h after surgery accounted for the highest proportion(30.00%),followed by irrational use timing(22.50%),and irrational selection of drug types(15.00%).Conclusion In Luoyang Third People's Hospital, cephalosporins are the main antimicrobials used for perioperative prophylactics in Class Ⅰ incision surgery, and there are certain unreasonable situations in the use of antibiotics.Supervision should be strengthened and a long-term working system should be established to improve the rational utilization rate of antimicrobials.
