The Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Auricular Point Pressure in Patients with Sleep Disorders after Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective To analyze the application effects of acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressure in patients with sleep disorders after lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 140 patients with sleep disorders after lung cancer surgery admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam,while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressure.The application effects were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analog scale(VAS)scores at 6 h,12 h,24 h,and 48 h postoperatively in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group postoperatively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage combined with auricular point pressure in patients with sleep disorders after lung cancer surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate pain symptoms,improve sleep quality,and promote recovery.
