Clinical Observation of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Sodium Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and the influence on blood indexes and nerve defect degree of patients. Methods A total of 80 ACI patients admitted to Zhengzhou Jinshui District General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method:the control group(40 cases treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection)and the observation group(40 cases treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection). After 14 days of treatment, the degree of nerve defect, blood indexes, inflammatory factor indexes and the occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 14 days of treatment, the nerve defect score, the levels of hematocrit,fibrinogen,D-dimer and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of ginkgo biloba extract injection and butylphthalide sodium chloride injection for ACI can effectively improve coagulation function and blood indexes, relieve inflammation, reduce nerve defects, improve self-care ability, and provide ideal drug safety.
