工匠精神背景下高职院校学生职业素养的培育

摘要
工匠精神是时代的产物。而职业教育的初衷就是培养“工匠”,高职院校作为开展职业教育的主体之一,必须融入工匠精神,以院校为主导,探索校企合作办学模式;以创新为理念,搭建创业园平台;以教师为媒介,建设德才兼备的“双师型”教师;以学生为主体,保证学生树立正确的职业观;以课程为载体,实施人文素养教育等方面培育高职院校学生职业素养。
Abstract
Craftsmanship is the product of the times and the initial aspiration for vocational education was to produce craftsmen. As the entities to carry forward vocational education, vocational colleges should take the lead in adopting craftsmanship in exploring school-enterprise cooperative schooling; they should set up platforms for entrepreneurship in light of innovation;they should cultivate competent teachers of integrity with double professional tittles; they should ensure correct professional concepts are formed andfixed on students; they should take the curricula as carriers to implement the cultivation of vocational students’ professional qualities including humanities and culture.
