Promoting the governance of a shared training base integrating production and education is conducive to perfecting the education system of higher vocational colleges,optimizing the practical teaching environment,and improving the quality of training high-skilled talents in vocational education.However,the governance of a shared training base integrating production and education in higher vocational colleges is faced with challenges such as imperfect policy mechanisms,immature conditions for cooperative governance,weakened dominant position of governance,and a lack of"meta-governance"concept.Therefore,relevant departments need to establish a modern concept of"meta governance",set up a"multi legal person"governance mechanism,cultivate a"dual qualification teacher"governance team,build a new governance model,and strengthen the applicability and practicality of the shared training base which intergrates production and education in vocational colleges.
