改进的粒子群算法对微电网多目标优化调度研究

成了太阳能机组大规模的使用,使得在保证电网电压稳定的前提下,如何提高可再生能源的利用率成了亟待解决的问题.针对由光伏电池、风力发电机、微型燃气轮机、柴油发电机和电池等构成的微电网,考虑运行成本、扰动负荷和污染治理成本等多指标,构建微电网多指标最优调度数学模型,进而提出改进的多目标粒子群算法.在满足约束条件下,提出一种改进惯性因子并引入自适应变异操作的方法对优化模型进行求解.仿真结果表明,微电网的运行得到了优化,并验证了改进的粒子群算法的优越性能,为优化调度的进一步研究奠定了基础.
Research on Multi-objective Optimized Scheduling of Microgrid Using Improved Particle Swarm Algorithm
Due to the large-scale use of solar panels,it is urgent to improve the utilization rate of renewable energy while ensuring the voltage stability of the power grid.Considering multiple indicators such as operating costs,disturbance loads,and pollution control costs,a multi-objective optimal scheduling mathematical model is constructed for microgrids composed of photovoltaic cells,wind turbines,micro gas turbines,diesel generators,or batteries,and an improved multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is proposed.Under the constraint conditions,a method of improving the inertia factor and introducing adaptive mutation operation is put forward to solve the optimization model.The simulation results show that the operation of the microgrid has been optimized,and the superior performance of the improved particle swarm algorithm has been verified,laying a foundation for further research on optimized scheduling.
