Analysis on the Layout Characteristics and Improvement Strategies of State-owned Commercial Carriers:A Case Study of the Business District around Jinji Lake in Suzhou
Jinji Lake is the core of the overall commercial planning of Suzhou's new urban center.With the construction of Jinji Lake as the"National Business Tourism Demonstration Zone"and a national 5A level tourist attraction,the commercial development model and functional layout of"government guiding and state-owned assets leading"have played a demonstration role in domestic cities.Taking the state-owned commercial carrier in the business circle around Jinji Lake as the research object,this paper summarizes,analyzes and scientifically evaluates its current development through on-site business research,interviews with enterprises and government,and case comparison.Optimization suggestions for transformation and upgrading are proposed from the aspects of business form planning,operation management,and characteristic scenes.
