The Application and Prospects of Financial Metaverse in Commercial Banks:A Case Study of Xiong'an Branch of ICBC
As an important part of the digital finance,the financial metaverse will inject new momentum into the digital transformation of commercial banks.By sorting the evolution and development process of the metaverse and exploring the connotation and underlying technology of the financial metaverse,it is found that the financial metaverse has the advantages of providing immersive experience,improving the efficiency of financial services,and strengthening the financial risk management.In order to better study the application of financial metaverse in commercial banks,this paper takes Xiong'an branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example to analyze the application of financial metaverse in banking scenes such as digital employees,virtual business halls,digital collections,etc.,and imagines the future application of financial metaverse in commercial banks from the aspects of research content and research method,so as to promote the continuous implementation of financial metaverse and inject inexhaustible vitality into the digital transformation of commercial banks.
