Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of University Funding Policies from a Developmental Perspective
In recent years,with the continuous expansion of enrollment in universities,more and more students have the opportunity to receive higher education,including students from poor families.This is mainly due to the relevant financial aid and loan policies introduced by the government to alleviate the economic burden of students from needy families,in order to ensure educational equity to the greatest extent.However,in reality,there are problems with college funding policies,such as neglecting the diverse needs of students,imprecise funding processes,inefficient operation of the funding system,and single funding entities.In order to make the financial aid policy aim at the development of university students,the government,society,and universities should work together and take measures to fully play the important role of university funding policies.The strategies include updating the funding concept,implementing two-way funding,enriching funding content,creating personalized funding models,accurately targeting funding objects,optimizing funding procedures,achieving joint governance,improving funding efficiency,integrating funding projects,and stimulating the positivity of funding objects.
