Construction and Application Suggestions of Social Adaptability Evaluation Index System for Vocational Education Majors from the Perspective of Building a Skill-based Society
From the perspective of building a skill-based society,based on the value orientation of constructing a professional adaptability evaluation system for higher vocational education,11 indicators are designed from three dimensions:adaptability to people's livelihood needs,coupling with digital intelligence development,and matching with modern industrial system construction.Samples from 1 465 higher vocational colleges in 2020 are selected for analysis and the following conclusions are obtained.The establishment of vocational education majors is gradually adapting to society and has achieved significant results in key areas.However,the overall level of social adaptability of vocational education majors needs to be improved,and the imbalance is gradually emerging.We should take self-development as the internal driving force,operation optimization as the core essence,and market-driven principle as the foundation,and work together to improve the completeness of vocational education majors,in order to enhance their social adaptability.
