The implementation of the characteristic apprenticeship system conforms to the national demand for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents,and helps to achieve high-quality education and employment.The characteristic apprenticeship system enables the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education,which is conducive to the optimization of industrial structure,the cultivation of skilled talents,the spread of the craftsmanship spirit,and the focus on stabilizing employment and promoting entrepreneurship.Based on this,all participating entities should establish a standard system of characteristic apprenticeship to improve the"ballast stone"of the modern development mechanism of vocational education,innovate the cooperation mode of the characteristic apprenticeship system to play the"concerto"of dual education between schools and enterprises,and promote the convergence of labor and education systems to press the"accelerator key"of cultivating technical and skilled talents,so as to drive the modernization development of Chinese-style vocational education.
