继续教育为成人学习者提供多样化学习机会,可有效缓解工学矛盾与高技能人才紧缺的问题,在服务国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用.进入数字时代,大量面临职业转换的农村学习者通过继续教育提升自身数字技能素养,以契合农村产业转型与市场发展需求.在这一过程中,继续教育赋能乡村振兴成为顺应数字时代发展的必然趋势,亦成为推进可持续发展教育的应然之径.数字时代,受制于人才供给结构失衡、产教融合深度不足、治理体系不够完善等现实困境,继续教育赋能乡村振兴进程缓慢.鉴于此,应以多维组合为突破点,夯实乡村振兴人才基础;以产教融合为聚力点,筑牢乡村振兴产业基石;以治理现代化为着力点,强化乡村振兴治理效能.
Path Reconstruction of Continuing Education-Enabled Rural Revitalization in the Digital Era
Continuing education provides diversified learning opportunities for adult learners,effectively alleviates the contradiction between work and learning and the shortage of high-skilled talents,and makes important contributions to serving the national economic development.In the digital age,a large number of rural learners facing career changes have improved their digital skills and literacy through continuing education to meet the needs of rural industrial transformation and market development.In this process,continuing education-enabled rural revitalization has become an inevitable trend in line with the development of the digital age,and also an important way to promote sustainable development of education.In the context of the digital era,the process of energizing rural revitalization through continuing education is slow due to the practical difficulties such as the imbalance of talent supply,insufficient depth of integration between industry and education,and the incomplete governance system.In view of this,we should take multi-dimensional combination as the breakthrough point to consolidate the talent base for rural revitalization,take the integration of industry and education as the key point to build the industrial cornerstone of rural revitalization,and take the governance modernization as the focus point to strengthen the governance effectiveness of rural revitalization.
