Blockages and Solutions to the Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Vocational Education from the Perspective of Common Prosperity
In the process of implementing gradual,universal,comprehensive,and innovation-driven common prosperity,the balanced development of urban and rural vocational education can give full play to its skill advantages and enable the optimization of the distribution structure,the promotion of fair educational opportunities,the enhancement of social harmony and the overall planning of education integration.Starting from the connotation of the balanced development of urban and rural vocational education from the perspective of common prosperity,this paper discusses the major obstacles to the balanced development of urban and rural vocational education.It is found that urban and rural vocational education faces prominent problems such as mismatch in demand,imbalance in input and output,and lack of effectiveness in results.In the view of of common prosperity,it is necessary to break down the dual barrier of urban and rural education resource allocation and gradually realize the fair development of vocational education.Improve the level of joint construction of urban and rural education services,and share the achievements of equalization of vocational education among all the people.Implement the goal of training skilled talents in urban and rural education,and comprehensively facilitate the balanced development of vocational education structure.Accelerate the layout of new digital infrastructure for urban and rural education,and promote the high-end development of vocational education.
