Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Talents:A Study on the Development Strategy of Vocational Education in Ethnic Regions
Vocational education in ethnic areas helping to revitalize rural talents is an important measure to consolidate the local poverty alleviation effect and promote the overall development of economy and society.At present,the marginalization of vocational education in ethnic areas,the lack of service functions,and the absence of ethnic identity are prominent issues,which do not match the needs of rural industry,rural talents and rural economic and social development,which is not conducive to providing grassroots support for rural revitalization.Therefore,the study proposes to optimize the type of education,deepen the integration of industry and education,and integrate vocational education channels,which is the development direction.Strengthen top-level planning,and play the role of government traction,which is the driving force.From the aspects of optimizing professional structure,improving the alignment between professional and industrial structure,and promoting diversified development of education,multiple measures are taken to promote vocational education in ethnic areas to help with the efficient development of rural talents.
