摘要

"五育融合"新格局下,基于医学生与劳动在医疗道德、生命意义与人文关怀三方面的联结,为探索新时代医学院校劳动教育协同育人体系,以劳动教育与"三全育人"为线索对X医科大学234 名医学生进行了调研.研究发现:从全员育人视角而言,医学院校劳动教育要坚持校内教育为主,社会组织为辅的理念;从全过程育人视角出发,医学院校劳动教育要有衔接有差异,完成劳动实践客体由物及人的蜕变;从全方位育人视角入手,要注重育人载体的革新,育人理论的系统性,最终全面提升医学生的劳动素养与医者素养.

Abstract

Under the new pattern of"integration of five educational aspects",based on the connection between medical students and labor in medical ethics,life meaning,and humanistic care,a survey was conducted on 234 medical students at X Medical University using labor education and"Three-entire Education"as clues to explore the collaborative education system with labor education in medical colleges in the new era.The research findings are as follows.From the perspective of whole staff education,labor education in medical colleges should adhere to the concept of giving priority to on-campus education,supplemented by social organizations.From the perspective of whole process education,labor education in medical colleges should have connections and differences,and complete the transformation of the object of labor practice from material to human.From the perspective of all-round education,we should pay attention to the innovation of educational carriers and the systematicness of education theories,and ultimately comprehensively improve the labor and medical literacy of medical students.
