A Study on the Current Situation and Education Guidance of the Labor Outlook among College Students in the New Era:an Empirical Survey Based on Six Universities in Anhui Province
The Marxist outlook on labor guides college students in the new era to create productive forces with labor,and to take responsibility for Chinese path to modernization.On the basis of an empirical survey,taking six universities in Anhui Province as samples,in-depth investigation and analysis of college students'labor outlook were conducted through questionnaires and interviews.In terms of value,most college students show a positive attitude,but some of them have a vague understanding of labor value.In terms of happiness,it is agreed that labor is the path to a happy life,but there still exists the idea of avoiding actual labor.In terms of morality,they approve of honest labor and cherish the fruits of labor,but there is a sense of luck in opportunism and taking advantage of it.In terms of profession,they respect the equality of professions,but there is a utilitarian orientation in labor.Factors such as school,family,and society affect the formation of the outlook on labor.Strengthening the education of college students'outlook on labor requires intensifying ideological guidance,enriching content and forms,and creating a collaborative education mechanism to promote the establishment of a scientific labor outlook among college students in the new era.
