There is a certain coupling between the talent training goals of vocational colleges and general education.Implementing general education is an inevitable choice for the connotative development of vocational colleges in the new era,and it is also the key to improving the quality of talent training.General education in vocational colleges is in a new stage of development,facing challenges in terms of goals,teaching staff,management,and the integration of general education and vocational education.Therefore,vocational colleges can enhance the effectiveness of general education through the following measures.First,clarify the goals of general education based on the needs of talent literacy.Second,pay attention to teachers and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.Third,optimize the vocational education system and improve the management of general education.Fourth,Explore the integration model of general education and vocational education based on practical content.
