职教高地高质量发展是对新时期职业院校创新改革与发展的全新诉求.时代内涵层面,技能型社会视域下的职教高地重点应以革新化为根本动力、以服务化为内在驱动、以多样化为科学准则进行构建.应然逻辑层面,技能型社会视域下的建设高水平职业教育创新高地,必须深刻把握共生逻辑、理论逻辑、人本逻辑与共荣逻辑,保障职教高地建设蓝图与现实发展情况高度吻合.实践路径层面,需从统筹目标资源、明晰多元主体分工特色、强化要素协同促进动能、注重因地制宜技能化发展视角出发,加快推进职业教育创新、高地高水平建设.
Abstract
The high-quality development of vocational education highland is a new demand for innovative reform and development of vocational colleges in the new era.In terms of the connotation of the times,the highland of vocational education under the perspective of a skill-oriented society should be constructed with innovation as the fundamental driving force,service as the internal driving force,and diversity as the scientific criterion.At the logical level,in order to build a high-level innovation highland of vocational education from the perspective of a skill-based society,it is necessary to deeply grasp the symbiotic logic,theoretical logic,humanistic logic,and shared prosperity logic,and ensure that the blueprint for the construction of vocational education highland is highly consistent with the actual development situation.At the practical level,it is necessary to accelerate the innovation and high-level construction of vocational education from the perspective of coordinating target resources,clarifying the characteristics of the division of labor among diverse subjects,strengthening the synergy of factors to promote momentum,and focusing on the development of skills tailored to local conditions.
