A Study on the Adaptability Evaluation of"Dual-qualified"Teachers in Vocational Education Under the Background of"Vocational Education Entrance Examination"
The adaptability of"dual-qualified"teachers is related to the high-quality development of vocational education and the effectiveness of the construction of a skill-based society.Under the guidance of the principles of purpose,scientificity and dynamics,combined with the macro background of the"vocational education entrance examination",this paper analyzes the existing problems in the adaptability evaluation of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational education,and on this basis,constructs the adaptability evaluation index system of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational education,and proposes specific scoring methods.The research shows that from multi-faceted,multi-dimensional and multi-level evaluation,combined with the specific implementation strategies of process and result,internal and external,quantitative and qualitative,it can provide new ideas and operation methods for the adaptability evaluation of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational education.
