Reshaping the Evaluation Model of Professional Teacher Teams in Vocational Colleges Under the New Development Pattern of"Dual Circulation"
The evaluation of professional teacher teams,as a key driving force for the high-quality development of vocational colleges,is not only an important means to improve the effectiveness of vocational education, but also a effective way to meet the demand for high-quality teaching staff under the new development pattern of"dual circulation".Based on the current situation of fixed evaluation standards, simple methods, unsmooth processes, and missing top-level positions for professional teacher teams in vocational colleges in China,it is proposed to shift from"unitary"to"multi-dimensional",with a focus on reconstructing standards;from"control"to"integration",with expansion as the key point;from"appraisal"to"guidance",with optimizing processes as the breakthrough point;from"dominant"to"modern",with the extension of the main body as the entry point. In specific practice,we should focus on government external control and promote a"two-way"management and evaluation model;based on social support, leverage the"three-dimensional"discourse function;rooted in the internal drive of teachers, construct a"four frequency"competency framework;originating from college design, create five value-added environments, and empower the function of evaluating professional teacher teams through a"top-down"closed-loop evaluation system.
