"一带一路"下哈萨克斯坦金融环境对我国参与其交通基础设施融资影响的研究

摘要
今年是"一带一路"倡议提出十周年.十年来,我国与哈萨克斯坦加强基础设施建设及互联互通,在"一带一路"倡议与哈萨克斯坦"光明之路"新经济政策计划共同推动下,我国越来越多的企业加入到对哈萨克斯坦交通基础设施投资中.在一国基础设施建设融资中,金融环境对融资规模、结构、风险防范都有着重要影响,哈萨克斯坦作为"一带一路"基础设施互联互通的重要参与国,其金融环境的日趋完善可以为交通基础设施的融资提供良好的基础,从而推动其交通基础设施的发展.目前研究哈萨克斯坦金融环境对其交通基础设施融资的影响效应,不仅有助于今后我国顺利展开对哈萨克斯坦交通基础设施的投融资,也可以为我国企业投资哈萨克斯坦交通基础设施领域提供参考.
Abstract
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the the Belt and Road Initiative.Over the past decade,China and Kazakhstan have strengthened infrastructure construction and connectivity.Under the joint promotion of the"the Belt and Road"initiative and Kazakhstan"s"Bright Road"new economic policy plan,more and more Chinese enterprises have joined in the investment in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure.In the financing of a country"s infrastructure construction,the financial environment has an important impact on the financing scale,structure and risk prevention.As an important participant in the connectivity of the"the Belt and Road"infrastructure,Kazakhstan"s increasingly improved financial environment can provide a good foundation for the financing of transportation infrastructure,thus promoting the development of its transportation infrastructure.At present,studying the impact of Kazakhstan"s financial environment on its transportation infrastructure financing will not only help China smoothly carry out investment and financing in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure in the future,but also provide reference for Chinese enterprises to invest in Kazakhstan"s transportation infrastructure.
