摘要
在新动能与新产能不断交叉融合,行业边界越来越模糊的背景下,高等职业教育通过专业群建设培养复合型人才,从而使其适应产业结构转型升级的需要,同时也推动了产教融合的深度开展.以市场营销专业群为例,用组群逻辑阐释专业群与数字商业岗位群之间的映射关系,从人才需求侧阐明数字商业对技术技能人才的新要求,并基于集群优势理论,从微观层面探索人才培养模式及实践进路,以培养适应数字贸易高质量发展的新型外贸人才.
Abstract
In the context of the continuous intersection and integration of new driving forces and new production capacity,and the increasingly blurred boundaries of industries,it is important for vocational education to cultivate composite talents through the construction of professional groups,thereby adapting them to the needs of industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and also promoting the deep development of industry and education integration.Taking the marketing professional group as an example,this paper explains the mapping relationship between the professional group and digital business job group from the point of grouping logic,and clarifies the new requirements of digital business for technical and skilled talents from the talent demand side.Based on the theory of cluster advantages,this paper explores the talent cultivation model and practical approaches from a micro level,in order to cultivate new foreign trade talents that adapt to the high-quality development of digital trade.
