智能化时代背景下,数字化转型为民族地区职业教育高质量发展提供全方位支撑,彰显出我国推动育人方式转型、赋能教育资源迭代以及促进多元主体高效共治的意愿.从发展变革、组织创新以及生态塑造三个视角,审视数字化转型赋能民族地区职业教育高质量发展的现实逻辑.在此基础上,提出加大"技术+教育"数字化设施建设力度、搭建"虚拟+现实"数字化育人场景、组建"数据+管理"数字化治理平台以及构建"信息+整合"数字化评价机制的实践路径,为民族地区职业教育高质量发展"强基""增效""固本""赋魂".
Empowering High-quality Development of Vocational Education Through Digital Transformation in Ethnic Regions:Realistic Logic and Practical Paths
In the intelligent era,digital transformation provides comprehensive support for the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic regions,demonstrating China"s willingness to promote the transformation of education methods,empower the iteration of educational resources,and facilitate efficient co-governance among multiple entities.This paper examines the practical logic of digital transformation empowering high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic regions from three perspectives:development and transformation,organizational innovation,and ecological shaping.On this basis,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of"technology+education"digital facilities,build"virtual+reality"digital education scenarios,establish a"data+management"digital governance platform,and build an"information+integration"digital evaluation mechanism as practical paths,in order to"strengthen the base","increase efficiency","consolidate the foundation"and"enrich the soul"for the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas.
