共同富裕背景下农村职业教育信息化发展的实践逻辑与路径创新

在共同富裕背景下,农村职业教育信息化发展对实现全体人民共同富裕、构建城乡职业教育发展共同体、深化农村职业教育改革意义重大.当前,农村职业教育信息化发展迅猛,但也存在着师资建设有待提升、保障机制不够完善、内外资源供给不足、教学理念滞后等多重困境.基于共同富裕愿景,应从以下方面着手促进农村职业教育信息化发展:提升教师信息化水平,塑造高素质职业教育信息化队伍;推动信息化基础建设,构建高水平职业教育信息化机制;建设多元化发展条件,奠定高层次职业教育信息化基础;创新教学方式与理念建设,培育高素质职业教育信息化人才.
Practical Logic and Path Innovation of Informatization Development in Rural Vocational Education Under the Background of Common Prosperity
Under the background of common prosperity,the development of informatization in rural vocational education is of great significance for achieving common prosperity for all people,building a community for the development of urban and rural vocational education,and deepening the reform of rural vocational education.At present,the informatization of rural vocational education is developing rapidly,but there are multiple challenges such as the need to improve the construction of teaching staff,inadequate guarantee mechanisms,insufficient supply of internal and external resources,and lagging educational concepts.Based on the vision of common prosperity,efforts should be made to promote the informatization development of rural vocational education from the following aspects:improve the informatization level of teachers and shape a high-quality vocational education informatization team;promote the basic work of informatization and build a high-level vocational education informatization mechanism;establish diversified development conditions and lay the foundation for high-level vocational education informatization;innovate teaching methods and concept construction,and cultivate high-quality talents in vocational education informatization.
