技能型社会视域下职业院校"三全育人"与工匠精神的耦合发展研究

"三全育人"以社会主义核心价值观为导向,旨在落实立德树人根本任务.这是技能型社会视域下人才培养的根本指向.培育工匠精神是引导学生坚定走技能成才、技能报国之路的重要职责,是新时代技能人才培养的迫切要求.工匠精神推动"三全育人"建设,"三全育人"反哺工匠精神培育,二者存在着耦合发展逻辑关系.通过分析职业院校"三全育人"与工匠精神耦合发展的内涵价值,以及二者耦合发展的困境,提出如下建议:打造全链条人才培养机制,形成全员育人合力;构建特色教师教育体系新格局,夯实全过程育人根基;构筑校园文化育人体系,盘活全方位育人底蕴的耦合发展路径,以推动职业教育高质量发展,更好地服务技能型社会的建设.
Research on the Coupling Development of"Holistic Education in Three Aspects"and Craftsmanship Spirit in Vocational Colleges in a Skill-based Society
Guided by the core socialist values,"Holistic Education in Three Aspects"aims to fulfill the basic task of fostering virtue through education,which is the fundamental orientation for talent cultivation from the perspective of a skills-based society.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit undertakes the important responsibility of guiding students to firmly follow the path of becoming skilled talents and serving the country,which is an urgent requirement for the cultivation of skilled talents in the new era.The craftsman spirit promotes the construction of"Holistic Education in Three Aspects",and"Holistic Education in Three Aspects"nurtures the cultivation of craftsman spirit.There is a mutually reinforcing and interactive coupling relationship between the two.By analyzing the connotative value of the coupling development of"Holistic Education in Three Aspects"and the craftsman spirit in vocational colleges,this paper reveals the dilemma of the coupling development of the two,and proposes to build a full chain talent training mechanism to form a joint force of all-staff education;create a new pattern of cultivating teachers in a characteristic system and consolidate the foundation of whole-process education;build a campus culture education system and activate the coupling development path of all-round education,so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and better serve the construction of a skill-based society.
