公共治理视域下产教融合机制创新研究

摘要
产教融合机制创新是职业教育赋能产业发展、提升高素质劳动者和技术技能人才培养质量的基础保障.健全产教融合创新机制是国家对职业教育产教融合提出的新战略要求.从微观组织公共治理视角发现:产教融合存在决策机制缺陷犹存、执行机制尚未理顺、监督机制亟待加强、激励机制尚需激发等治理困境.这些问题掣肘了产教的深度融合.对此,产教融合机制创新应完善组织决策机制,优化组织执行机制,形成组织监督机制,强化组织激励机制.
Abstract
The innovation of industry-education integration mechanism is the fundamental guarantee for vocational education to empower industrial development and improve the quality of training high-quality workers and technical skilled talents.Establishing a sound innovative mechanism for industry-education integration is a new strategic requirement proposed by the state for the integration of industry and education in vocational education.From the perspective of micro-organizational governance in public governance,it is found that there are governance difficulties in industry-education integration,such as deficiencies in the decision-making mechanism,the yet-to-be straightened-out implementation mechanism,urgent need to strengthen the supervision mechanism,and the need to stimulate the incentive mechanism.These problems have hindered the in-depth integration of industry and education.In this regard,the innovation of industry-education integration mechanism should improve the organizational decision-making mechanism,optimize the organizational implementation mechanism,form an organizational supervision mechanism,and strengthen the organizational incentive mechanism.
