基于组件技术的MPS实训设备数据采集系统

在传统实训课程的教学管理中,因缺少信息化教学手段支持,很难精确地掌握学生的训练效果,也不能客观地评价学生的课程成绩.针对机电类实训设备和项目特点,以MPS为研究对象,采用支持多种网络的三菱MX Component来构建用户程序,使用Entity Framework进行数据库操作,利用SQL Server关系数据库存储数据与处理业务逻辑,构建机电类实训设备数据采集系统.该系统具有通信连接监控、实时数据显示、过程数据统计、系统报警提醒等功能,具有通信配置代码简单、数据库松散耦合、系统扩充方便等特点.实践表明:该系统能够适应多种通信环境,满足机电类实训课程过程数据采集和客观评定成绩的要求.
A Data Acquisition System for MPS Training Equipment Based on Component Technology
In the teaching management of traditional practical training courses,due to the lack of support from information-based teaching means,it is difficult to accurately grasp students"training effects and objectively evaluate students"course grades.Based on the characteristics of electromechanical training equipment and projects,taking MPS as the research object,Mitsubishi MX Component,which supports multiple networks,is used to build user programs.Entity Framework is used for database operations,and SQL Server relational database is used to store data and process logic for constructing a data acquisition system for electromechanical practical training equipment.This system has functions such as communication connected to monitoring,real time data display,process data statistics,and system alarm reminders.It has the characteristics of simple communication configuration code,loose database coupling,and convenient system expansion.Practical applications have shown that the system can adapt to various communication environments and meet the requirements of process data acquisition and objective grade evaluation in electromechanical training courses.
