An Empirical Study on Promoting Labor Education in Vocational Colleges——Based on the Marxist Concept of Comprehensive Development
Labor is an inexhaustible driving force for promoting the comprehensive development of individuals and social progress.In the new era,guided by the Marxist concept of comprehensive development,vocational colleges should identify the focus of labor education,adhere to the student-centered approach,strengthen the concept of labor education,and highlight the fundamental role of labor education in talent cultivation;adhere to overall design and coordinated guidance,take courses as the foundation,have teacher-student interactions,and build a multi-party collaboration mechanism of"school,locality,enterprise,and family";create a rich atmosphere of labor education,improve the quality of talent cultivation in the process of teaching reform of labor education,and supply more talents with all-round development in"morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor"to the society.
