摘要
朝鲜战争与俄乌冲突存在诸多相似之处.根源都与美俄地缘角力有关;过程都有从闪电战向长期消耗战演变的趋势.由此推测俄乌停战很可能也会像朝鲜停战那样,只有一条临时军事停火线,而不会彻底解决乌克兰的领土和安全问题.这条停火线会像三八线一样深刻影响乌政局和欧洲地缘格局.中国在应对俄乌冲突问题时,可以从朝鲜战争汲取经验和教训.
Abstract
There are many similarities between the Korean War and the Russia-Ukraine conflict.The root cause is related to the geopolitical rivalry between the United States and Russia;The process has a trend of evolving from blitzkrieg to long-term attrition warfare.It is speculated that the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine may also have a temporary military ceasefire line,similar to the ceasefire in North Ko-rea,without completely resolving Ukraine's territorial and security issues.This ceasefire line will have a profound impact on the Ukrainian political situation and the geopolitical landscape of Europe,just like the 38th parallel.When dealing with the Russia-Ukraine conflict,China can draw lessons from the Korean War.
