基于CiteSpace的国内教师胜任力研究的可视化分析

摘要
运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace,分析了"北大核心"和"CSSCI"数据库中收录的以"教师胜任力"为主题的284篇高质量文献,时间跨度为2003年到2022年,绘制出关键词共现、关键词聚类以及关键词时区等知识图谱,以此为基础,探寻教师胜任力研究的热点演化和发展脉络.结果表明,教师胜任力研究的热点集中于基础理论研究、胜任力模型研究、各级各类教师胜任力素质结构研究和胜任力评价研究,而教学胜任力、数字胜任力等是未来研究的前沿.
Abstract
using the visual analysis software CiteSpace,analysis in 2003-2022"core"and"CSSCI"includ-ed in the database of"teacher competence"as the theme of high quality literature,draw the keywords,key-word clustering and keyword time zone knowledge map,on this basis,explore the hot spots of evolution and development.The results show that the hot spots of teacher competency research focus on basic theory research,competency model research,teacher competency structure research and competency evaluation re-search,and teaching competency and digital competency are the frontier topics of future research.
