健康中国视域下大学生心理健康素养培养模式研究

摘要
基于对大学生心理健康素养的发展现状和研究回溯,分析大学生心理健康素养培养过程的特点,构建了大学生心理健康素养三维培养模式,包括心理健康知识、心理健康能力、心理健康观念,探究大学生心理健康素养培养的知识生成阶段、能力提升阶段、观念内化阶段的三阶段过程模式.
Abstract
Based on the development status and research review of college students'mental health liter-acy,the characteristics of the process of cultivating college students'mental health literacy is analyzed,a three-dimensional cultivation model for college students'mental health literacy is constructed,including mental health knowledge,mental health abilities,and mental health concepts.The three-stage process model of knowledge generation,ability enhancement,and concept internalization in the cultivation of col-lege students'mental health literacy is explored.
