摘要
"幼艺融合,校企共育"人才培养模式是结合学前教育专业群与艺术设计专业群,经过近3年"专业融合+课证融合+课赛融合+校企融合+中外融合"五融合课程体系和"工学交替+岗位实习"双元育人体系的创新与实践,形成了适合职业院校人才培养的特色模式,为培养德技双馨的复合型高素质技术技能人才,开拓了新思路.
Abstract
The talent cultivation model of"integration of preschool education and arts,school enter-prise co-education"combines the preschool education professional group and the art and design professional group.After nearly three years of innovation and practice in the five integrated curriculum system of"pro-fessional integration+course certification integration+course competition integration+school enter-prise integration+sino-foreign integration"and the dual education system of"engineering and academia exchange+job internship",a characteristic model suitable for talent cultivation in vocational colleges has been formed which have opened up new ideas to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel with a combination of morality and technology.
