Responsibility Sharing and Hierarchical Response to Elderly Care Risks:A Study on the Selection and Influencing Factors of Residents'Elderly Care Responsibility Based on CGSS(2018)
This article uses CGSS(2018)data and employs a multiple ordered Logit regression model for analysis.The results indicate that when individuals have good physical and economic health,residents tend to rely on themselves as the main source of retirement.When the family's economic situation is good and there are many children,residents tend to take the family as their main responsibility for elderly care.When residents have a low level of trust in society and pay for pension insurance,they tend to lean towards the government as the main body of their pension responsibility.Therefore,clarifying the scope of respon-sibility of each elderly care responsibility subject enables them to perform their respective duties within their respective scope of responsibility.
