A Study on the Influence Mechanism of Human Capital on the Development of Private Economy:Regulation Effect Based on Market-Oriented Business Environment
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2002 to 2020,this study constructs a panel fixed effect and threshold effect model to empirically test the impact effect and mechanism of human capital on the development of private economy.The study found that the improvement of human capital level significantly promoted the development of private economy;The market-oriented business environ-ment has an enhanced regulatory effect;The impact of human capital on the development of private econo-my has a significant non-linear characteristic with the market-oriented business environment as a single threshold.Therefore,we should continue to expand the supply of high-quality human capital,improve the market-oriented business environment,and create a good social environment for talent entrepreneurship.
