The current personal information protection system which takes informed consent as the core can hardly cope with the rapid development of facial recognition,and cannot fully protect the person-ality rights and property interests of the recognized individuals.To further improve personal information protection system under the application of facial recognition,it's advisable for us to draw lessons from Eu-rope and America,and reshape the rules of informed consent in a dynamic way.Furthermore,the pre-ap-plication testing and assessment mechanism should be introduced,the threshold for judicial remedies should be lowered,and administrative supervision and industry regulations should be strengthened.Only in these ways,can we provide better protection to information subjects about their legitimate rights in the use of facial recognition.
