摘要
分析近年来利用双环化反应构建五元并六元氮杂环、氧杂环、硅杂环、氮氧杂环、氧硫杂环骨架的相关文献,发现所涉及的反应大多具有催化剂廉价、温度适宜、产率优良等优点,可以作为五元并六元杂环衍生物合成的新路线.
Abstract
The application of bicyclization reactions in the construction of five-and six-membered nitro-gen heterocycles,oxygen heterocycles,silicon heterocycles,nitrogen oxygen heterocycles,and oxygen sulfur heterocycle skeletons reported in recent literature was analyzed.The reactions involved have the ad-vantages such as cheap catalysts,suitable temperatures,and excellent yields,making them a new route for the synthesis of five membered and six membered heterocycle derivatives.
