摘要

通过对焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝新老系统不同工艺的分析及不同装置操作特点的比较,提出并验证了焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝超低排放的系统备用、系统切换和连续运行的方案.新系统的投用使吨焦消耗辅料成本降低 6.7%,每年节省煤气消耗 240 万立方米,减少蒸汽消耗 1.2 万立方米,消除了停产检修和故障停机时环保指数超标的隐患.

Abstract

By analyzing different processes ofcoke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification sys-tems and comparing the operating characteristics of different devices,this paper introduces the system backup,system switching,and continuous operation schemes for ultra-low emissions of coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.On the premise of ensuring compliance with environmental protection indicators,a new system is put into use to replace the old processes with higher operating costs.The aux-iliary material cost per ton of coke is reduced by 6.7%,the annual gas consumption is saved by 2.4 million cubic meters,steam consumption is reduced by 12000 m3,and the hidden danger of exceeding the environ-mental protection index during shutdown maintenance and fault shutdownis eliminated.
