The suspension beam model was established using SolidWorks and the static analysis was carried out using ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that the stiffness and strength margin of the suspension beam is sufficient and has lightweight optimization space.Taking the quality,deformation and stress of the suspension beam as the optimization objectives,the Box-Benhnken Design method of the Design Exploration optimization tool was used to optimize the size of the suspension beam.After optimiza-tion,mass of the suspension beam was reduced by 16.31%,the production cost was saved,and the strength met the requirements.It provides a reference for the optimization of the suspension beam struc-ture and other similar components of the automatic bagging mechanism of the foddermachine.
