On the Flexible Introduction Mechanism of High-Level Talents in Tangshan City
Based on the practical demand for high-level talents in the resource-based economic transfor-mation of Tangshan City,and the necessary analysis and feasibility demonstration of the innovation of the flexible introduction mechanism for high-level talents,a stable and efficient framework system for the flex-ible introduction mechanism of regional talents is constructed,the innovative ideas and implementation paths of the flexible introduction mechanism for high-level talents are explored under the background of re-source-based economic transformation,and theoretical reference for deepening the reform of the talent sys-tem and mechanism in resource-based regions and the innovation of talent development policies are provided.
