Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Medical and Elderly Care Integration Services Under the Background of Aging Population by Taking Laoting County in Tangshan as an Example
Taking the rural medical and elderly care service model and current situation in Laoting County of Tangshan as an example,in response to the current supply-demand imbalance,insufficient inte-gration of"medical"and"elderly care"resources,outdated facilities,and lack of professional service per-sonnel in rural areas,suggestions are proposed to improve the policy system and guarantee system,strengthen the connection between"medical"and"elderly care",carry out multi-level medical and elderly care integration services,strengthen talent team construction,and build an information system for medical and elderly care integration services,in order to promote the development of rural medical and elderly care integration services.
