The Value,Problems,and Countermeasures of U-G-S Training Model for Normal University Students Under the Background of the"Excellent Teacher Program"
Starting from the value analysis of the U-G-S training model for normal students under the background of the"Excellent Teacher Plan",the problems of the four basic elements of local government,normal universities,primary and secondary schools,and normal students in the U-G-S training model for normal students are analyzed.The countermeasures to improve the"four-in-one"U-G-S training model for normal students are put forward.That is,with the local government as the leader,normal colleges as the leader,primary and secondary schools as the core,and normal students as the main body,we will coordi-nate the training resources and advantages of all parties,activate the will of multiple stakeholders and help cultivate outstanding rural teachers.
