Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Quality of Junior High School Music Teachers in Hebei:Taking Two Questionnaires as an Example
Through two surveys on aesthetic literacy and professional attitudes centered on junior mid-dle school music teachers in Hebei,the current status of teacher literacy and common problems in junior middle school music education in Hebei are analyzed.And the countermeasures are proposed,that is opti-mizing the structure of junior middle school music teachers,paying attention to the professional mentality and literacy needs of junior middle school music teachers,integrating with continuing education to improve the comprehensive literacy of junior high school music teachers,and upgrading the aesthetic education pattern of grass-roots schools in order to provide reference and basis for the development of junior high school music education.
