"双碳"目标下企业数字化赋能河北省制造业低碳转型的路径研究

摘要
数字化被普遍认为是赋能中国经济高质量发展的驱动力量,推动企业数字化升级对于制造业低碳转型具有重要意义.在分析制造业企业数字化特征及其对行业碳排放影响机理的基础上,结合河北省数字赋能低碳转型的政策环境、技术基础与现实困境,分别从政府和企业两个层面,提出加快企业数字化赋能河北省制造业低碳转型的实现路径,以期推动河北省"双碳"目标如期实现.
Abstract
Digitization is generally regarded as the driving force for empowering high-quality develop-ment of Chinese economy.Promoting the digital upgrading of enterprises is of great significance for the low-carbon transformation of the manufacturing industry.Based on the analysis of the digital characteris-tics of manufacturing enterprises and their impact on the industry's carbon emissions,combined with the policy environment,technical foundation and practical difficulties of Hebei Province's digital empower-ment of low-carbon transformation,a path to accelerate the digitalization of enterprises to empower the low-carbon transformation of Hebei Province's manufacturing industry is proposed from both the govern-ment and enterprise levels,in order to promote the realization of Hebei Province's"dual carbon"goals as scheduled.
