摘要
构建虚拟教研室数字化平台进行协同培养,通过灵活的管理制度进行有效管理,线上线下联动构建师资一体化协同培养共同体,加快数字化平台建设,建立定期总结与反馈机制.
Abstract
A virtual teaching and research room digital platform should be constructed for collaborative training.Effective management should be achieved through flexible management systems.Online and off-line linkage should be established to build an integrated collaborative training community for teachers.The construction of digital platforms should be accelerated.The regular feedback mechanisms should be sum-marized and provided.
