Collaborative Training of Teachers in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools Under the New Situation:Based on the Research of Virtual Teaching and Research Section
A virtual teaching and research room digital platform should be constructed for collaborative training.Effective management should be achieved through flexible management systems.Online and off-line linkage should be established to build an integrated collaborative training community for teachers.The construction of digital platforms should be accelerated.The regular feedback mechanisms should be sum-marized and provided.
