高中数学教师核心素养发展的现实困境与破解策略

摘要
当前高中数学教师核心素养发展的现实困境表现为数学知识素养碎片化、数学能力素养失衡化、数学文化素养表面化、数学情感素养薄弱化.其破解策略包括依托大概念构建教师数学知识体系,立足新角色均衡教师数学能力结构,借助真历史增强教师数学文化底蕴,利用双向度培养教师数学情感愿景.
Abstract
The current predicament of the development of the key competences of senior high school mathematics teachers is manifested in fragmentation of mathematical knowledge literacy,imbalance of mathematical ability literacy,superficial mathematical cultural literacy and weak mathematical emotional literacy.The strategies to solve the problems include constructing teachers'mathematics knowledge sys-tem based on big concept,balancing teachers'mathematical ability structure based on new roles,enhan-cing teachers'mathematical cultural background with the help of real history,and cultivating teachers'mathematical emotional vision through two-way dimensions.
