Analysis on the Current Status and Influencing Factors of Mental Resilience of Elderly Patients after Biliary Tract Surgery
Using convenience sampling method,a general information questionnaire,visual analog scale for pain,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and Family APGAR Index were applied to investigate the psychological resilience and related influencing factors of 282 elderly people after biliary tract surgery in four nursing homes in Tangshan City.The survey results show that the psychological resilience of elderly people after biliary tract surgery is at a moderate to low level.Using multiple linear regression analysis,it was found that the factors affecting the psychological resilience of elderly patients after biliary tract surger-y are related to marital status,educational level,monthly income,chronic diseases,postoperative pain level,difficulty in hospitalization expenses,and family function.
