The cultural gene of people's democracy in the whole process created by the CPC and the Chinese people is a democratic form rooted in China's historical and cultural traditions,which cannot be separated from the nourishment of China's excellent traditional culture.Its theoretical foundation is a democratic form based on socialism with Chinese characteristics,which cannot be separated from the expe-rience of pursuing democracy,developing democracy,and realizing democracy in the process of sinicization of Marxism.Its value implies a democratic form that adheres to the common values of all mankind,which cannot be separated from the criticism and reference of other civilizations,especially Western freedom and democracy.Its practical purpose is to enrich the democratic form of human political civilization,which can-not be separated from the exchange and mutual learning among world civilizations,and jointly promote the development and progress of human society.
